My story

I’m a coach and solopreneur who helps small business owners scale their businesses through effective people management.

I’ve always been fascinated by people coming together to accomplish something remarkable. Even before I became a coach and solopreneur, I had a strong interest in effective people management. My fascination with the human element led me to study Anthropology and later enter the HR field.

However, a pivotal moment in my journey was encountering business owners who struggled as leaders and communicators, unknowingly fostering toxic work cultures. Witnessing and personally experiencing this compelled me to delve deep into the essence of running a business, regardless of its size.

I became passionate about the belief that through self-development and employing proven strategies, any entrepreneur could transform themselves into the leader their team needed, fostering a culture of high achievement.

I started helping business owners improve their work environments. Instead of working full-time for each client, I started putting my skills, experience, and knowledge into simple, step-by-step recipes that business owners themselves could apply. I could aid and direct them, increasing the usefulness and accessibility of my services.
